What is a Disney Quick Service Dining Plan?
With the goal of helping guests choose and plan their meals ahead of time (and to guide their workers on what to serve, of course), Disney-owned-and-operated hotels are giving guests the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan, where they can apply for a meal package prior to their arrival to these hotels and vacation clubs. They have a wide array of options for potential guests to choose from covering different meals.
Operating through the “voucher system”, the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan is open to customers who will avail the Magic Your Way Package or book using Disney Vacation Club points and will have the option to choose a meal for themselves and have them prepared ahead of time. Through the vouchers, the customer indicates the meals that he or she wants to avail of his or her package, the number of servings and the date he or she wants it served.
The management counts the guest’s meal per night during their stay. For each night the guest stays in, he or she, along with his friends or family members are given an allotment of quick services which are two (2) quick service meals and two (2) snacks. This deal’s content is still subject to change, depending on the package deal you will avail. The guests’ consumption will be monitored electronically through your Magic Band Key or you Key to the World Card. After every meal, visitors can monitor the meals that they have consumed through a receipt that will indicate the number of meals you have left to consume.
Meals and snacks can be consumed in any order during your entire stay until the balance drops at zero or until midnight of the night after you check out.

What do I do when I get there and want to consume the meals I’ve reserved?
As mentioned earlier, you can use your Magic bands (which come in colorful Disney-inspired designs) or cards to redeem the meals. Simply present them to the cashier or the server at any participating Disney restaurants. After that, just do what you usually do when you dine in, indicate the meals you want to redeem and—voila! You have a very easy and very convenient way of dining during your stay in.
For all sorts of special dietary requirements, guests should indicate them at the time of booking of their meal reservations or talk to the chef or manager upon arrival at the restaurant or snack bar.
If you are using a MagicBand or card to redeem meals in a different party, you will have to indicate to the servers which meal you are going to redeem through each valid Disney resort ID. Kids aged 3 to 9 years old will have to order from a children’s menu wherever it may be available.
In case of having to bring kids below three years of age, adults accompanying the child may share food from their plate. This option is free of charge unless of course an additional serving of the meal will be ordered for the child.
Keeping Track of Your Meal Consumption
You can always ask a receipt for the meals that you have consumed. The said receipt will indicate the meals consumed and the meals left for you to consume.
There is also another way you can have to check out your remaining meals (if in case you lost your latest receipt, you forgot to ask for it or even if you’ve just simply forgotten it)—and that is through inquiry. You may ask the concierge or guest relations officer to get another receipt indicating those details for you.
